Only the user with the top level password can change passwords. Reporting a comprehensive selection of reports is available in GiftAid2000, including a tailored report, in which the user can choose the information he wishes to print. The information necessary for reporting to the diocese at the end of the tax year is readily available at the touch of a button.

Letter Writing - Letter writing facilities are available with GiftAid2000, allowing the parish to keep donors up-to-date with their payment history, and to inform them of the claims you have made on their behalf. The latter is now important, as many donors require this information for self-assessment tax return forms. These letters may be personalised, with the system substituting the required personal information for each donor receiving a letter. The user can create an unlimited amount of standard letters on GiftAid2000, and print the appropriate letter when necessary. For more experienced computer users, GiftAid2000 has the facility to interface the data with standard third-party Word Processing packages. Label Printing GiftAid2000 will print labels in a variety of standard formats. These may be used for envelope books, or for writing to donors.

Easy Data Entry - GiftAid2000 has simple data entry procedures, which means that the weekly entry of envelope donations or the processing of standing order payments each month are very fast and simple operations. If your diocese uses Carn Software's system for Gift Aid administration, we can extract your parish's data from the diocesan system and supply GiftAid2000 with your donors' names and addresses already entered, thus considerably reducing the time required to set up the new software.

Post Code Facility - Carn Software can supply the official Royal Mail postcodes for your parish's area with GiftAid2000. With this facility, you need only enter a new donor's door number and post code, instead of the entire address, and the full address will appear automatically. This ensures faster and more accurate data entry.
