Parish Software
When first formed in October 1994, Carn Software specialised in the management of the covenant scheme now known as the Gift Aid Scheme. At present, 24 Anglican and Catholic Diocese in the UK use our GiftWise software to operate their Gift Aid schemes. In total, in excess of £15 million per annum is reclaimed from the Inland Revenue using our software. From the original Diocesan software we quickly diversified to produce simple administration packages for parishes. We currently have four different packages which tackle different administrative duties within a parish. These packages are currently being used in thousands of UK parishes of all different denominations.

Carn Software was formed by the current Managing Director in October 1994, principally to service the software needs of the church and charity sector.
GiftWise enables Diocese to manage the tax reclaimed from the Inland Revenue via the GiftAid Scheme. This software is now industry standard in the Anglican and RC Church in the UK. Approximately, 75% of all the UK Catholic Gift Aid's, amounting to sum L12million, are processed using our software.
In 1996, we were approached by a local authority to produce a software package for administration of school funds. The resulting software, FundsMaster proved very successful and is now in use in a large number of primary and secondary schools.
Our ReportMaster software for primary and secondary "took off" after the Education Show in 1997. Being the first commercial company to offer viable reporting alternatives our "Master Software" portfolio has gone from strength to strength
