Ease of Use
With our easy to use data entry screens and built in filters ReportMaster is very user-friendly. The input screens have been designed with the user being the main focus, therefore, there is no additional functionality to turn on or off, allowing clear, concise data entry. Data is also used from your MIS system and your school specific report layouts created so no additional setup work is required.

ReportMaster allows the creation of reports to be produced more effectively for the class teacher within a structured report writing package. The management checking facility and our unique Message Centre also allows the flow of report checking to be made quickly and efficiently.
Is good report writing software all about statement banks?
The ability to use comment banks and/or free text is always a hotly debated subject within schools. The solution we provide with ReportMaster is to let you, the school, decide. The option to use sentence banks includes our pre loaded statements, with the ability to add your own PERSONAL comments to the bank. We do, however, have a number of schools currently requesting ReportMaster without any statements. The functionality within the software then gives you a standardised package that every member of staff will use at school on the network, or in all probability at home.
